As the summer heat settles in, we are all looking for creative ways to stay cool. It is even better when you can find new ways to entertain yourself and beat the heat. One of our favorite warm weather treats ice cream. So I thought, why not make my own? While the thought of taking on your own ice cream might seem overwhelming, it is a fun way to play in the kitchen and the end result is a fun, sweet surprise.
