“Yum, yum, yum! Had the Poor Richard’s eggs and was pleasantly surprised.  My hubby had the Big Texas breakfast and that chicken fried steak was as big as the plate. Our waitress was great at recommending dishes and even items for lunch cause we will be back. Having people dedicated to refilling drinks makes you feel like you are really taken care of. I feel rich and full at Poor Richard’s Cafe.” -Michelle D.
“You can’t beat the price and portion size here at Poor Richard’s Cafe.  The menu is lengthy, but I like having a lot of options for breakfast.  It’s a great place to come with a group of friends.  The dining area is spacious and there’s hardly a wait (unless you come for Sunday brunch).  The service is not the greatest, but it’s not bad either.  It’s best not to come when you’re starving and your stomach is growling like a bear! The pecan waffle breakfast is one of my favorite dishes.  It’s not just any old plain waffle, it’s a pecan waffle!  Add some maple syrup and you got a sweet and salty waffle!  Another favorite of mine is the Poor Richard’s Egg Plus.  This place is ENORMOUS and you will have leftovers.  I think breakfast leftovers are the best (and pizza leftovers!)  The only negative I would say is the coffee.  I don’t expect to be great or anything, but it’s just not very pleasant.” -Grace K.
“I have been trying to get here for awhile but have never really had the chance until recently.  We met some friends who had already been seated so we didn’t have to worry about standing in line (btw, it was out the door). So that was nice….it looked like a great staff who loved giving great service.  The portions were amazing!  Afterwards you could have rolled me out of there.  Good food,  great service!  I’ll definitely be back.” – Mark G.
